How It Works

1. Dispatch Creates Job

Using the Command Center, the dispatcher enters pickup and delivery details. The system instantly syncs to the cloud and uses Google Maps API to geocode the location.

2. Driver Receives Alert

The Driver Portal flashes with a "New Job" animation. The driver sees the optimized route, package details, and special instructions immediately.

3. Live Synchronization

As the driver completes stops, the Command Center updates in real-time. Green indicators show completed jobs, while GPS tracking keeps the map current.

Every completed job is instantly archived in the Executive Grid. Admins can search, filter, and export detailed logs for billing and compliance.
